Taking on the Survivor Race in Alicante was no easy feat. With a challenging 6km route and 20 obstacles, it was a true test of endurance.

Despite being swamped with work by my clients last weekend, I still managed to squeeze in a 10K run in Benidorm. For the first time, I got on the podium, coming in 2nd in my age category.  Age has its advantages – the older you get, the fewer competitors in the race.   By the way,
